Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email operations@sfcdindia.org.in or WhatsApp +91 96500 58713 with your order number and the reason. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Prefer a different product? We're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or made-to-order pieces, and items damaged by misuse, cannot be returned. Because our products are handmade, minor natural variations are not considered defects.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
